Benchmark Carpet’s 13,500 square foot warehouse/showroom is located just south of Hwy. 401 in Scarborough, Ontario. We’ve been here for more than 11 years and we are proud to say that every one of our full time staff has been with us since day one. I have one simple rule: “Treat everyone who walks through the door the same way you would like to be treated in any other store”. I believe this attitude (and really great prices) is what sets us apart from the competition.

In addition to wood flooring, we also stock laminates and cork tile. Area rugs come in many materials, shapes and sizes. We are one of the biggest commercial carpet installers in the city so you will be sure to find a quality and price to suit your needs.
